Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to assist our users— students, parents, tutors, and organizations—by troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth use of our platform. The role includes monitoring system performance, managing customer service requests, and liaising with the development team to resolve issues.

Responsibilities: - 

Provide prompt technical support via email, chat, and phone for Kihloot.com users.- Troubleshoot platform-related issues including registration and login difficulties, video conferencing, and scheduling problems.- Assist users in understanding how to use platform features such as profile creation, GPS mapping, scheduling , pricing, tutor reviews, and Zoom/Meet configuration.- Monitor system health and report outages or bugs to the development team.- Maintain a knowledge base and create user guides or FAQs to address common questions.- Assist with platform onboarding for new tutors, students, and parents.- Collaborate with the software development team to test new features and improvements.- Track and report technical support metrics, such as issue resolution time and customer satisfaction.

Salary/Compensation: 9000 ETB Monthly

Education Qualification: Diploma/ Degree 

Experience Level: Intermediate
