The PATH Program Coordinator is expected to perform duties and responsibilities including the following:
Program Coordination and Monitoring:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of all program staff in the field office.
- Review work plans and monthly calendar, monitor program staff as they carry out their monthly tasks, and monitor project life cycles to ensure milestones are met.
- Implement plans to meet stated program objectives.
- Coordinate and ensure the various projects activities are completed according to schedule.
- Review the work of projects and staff engaged in various operations.
- Oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the projects, and set priorities for further implementations.
- Support administrative staff in monitoring projects, setting learning objectives, and assessing outcomes.
- Assist with resource scheduling and provide support to program staff as needed.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources.
- Facilitate weekly program meetings and distribute minutes to administrative staff.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings, and document and follow up on important actions and decisions.
- Undertake project tasks as required and provide administrative support as needed.
- Organize, schedule, and attend events.
- Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
- Conduct frequent field monitoring visits, providing feedback and remedial action in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the PATH administration on project indicator tracking, conducting different assessments, and addressing stakeholder and beneficiary feedback.
Reporting:
- Maintain records pertaining to program activities.
- Submit periodic activity, status, and summary reports to administrative staff.
- Assist in collect, compiling, and sharing all required internal reports, including weekly progress updates, monthly progress reports, monthly administrative reports, indicator trackers, and donor and government reports.
- Facilitate PATH Ethiopia, government, and donor monitoring visits and project evaluations.
Representation, Coordination, and Working Relationship
- Maintain regular, open, and effective communication with Field and Head Office staffs.
- Build strong work relationships with PATH partners, field staff, head office staff, government, and other partners.
- Regularly represent at regional and zonal coordination forums with NGOs, agencies, and government bureaus, sharing updates on ongoing activities and other relevant issues.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base Pay up to 20,000 birr/month
