• Coordinate Inventory reporting of receiving and consumption activities

• Reconcile monthly cycle counts and Semi-annual physical counts to the perpetual inventory system.
• Assist in establishing internal controls.
• Check and reconcile purchase invoice with Goods receiving Voucher.
• Check and reconcile the sales invoice with the delivery note.
• Record stock movement of all inventory items.
• Report stock movement monthly.
• Participate in yearly Inventory counts.
• Perform on yearly Inventory counts.
• Perform other finance duties.

1. B.Sc. Degree in accounting with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in stock accounting.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
• Committed to any task given by immediate supervisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint computer applications as appropriate.
