Senior Accountant

Brief Job Description

• Draft/revise finance and accounting manual of the Fund;
• Periodically update financial transaction of the Fund;
• Periodically preparing financial statements of the Fund;
• Conducting financial analysis and projections;
• Assess the sources and uses of funds and prepare periodic operational and capital budgets of the Fund;
• Monitor proper implementation of operational and capital budget and produce progress report;
• Make periodic financial adjustments when required;
• Follow-up and/or monitor timely collection of receivables and payment periodic payments;
• Properly document financial documents;
• Work to automate financial and accounting system of the Fund; and
• Carryout any other accounting and finance related duties as assigned by the Fund.

Required educational qualification and Work Experience

• BA or BSc degree and above in Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business. Administration or Business Management or related fields
• Having Basic Computer Training Certificate
• Minimum of 4/6 years of experience in accounting and finance and related area for MA/MBA/MSc degree or BA or BSc degree holder, respectively.
