Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

WEST DATA CENTER SERVICE PLC(Ethiopia Branch) is seeking a driven logistics coordinator with 1-2 years of logistics experience, including customs clearance. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain process to ensure that goods and services are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Facilitate customs clearance processes with logistics agent companies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify and resolve any logistical problems or delays that arise during the transportation of goods.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and logistics agents to ensure smooth clearance and transport processes.
• Maintain accurate shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Act as the point of contact between suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is typically required.
