Liaison Officer

Job Summary

WEST DATA CENTER SERVICE PLCis seeking two proactive and organized Liaison Officers with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidates will act as a bridge between organizations, departments, or groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication Management: Facilitate clear and effective communication between parties to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordination: Organize meetings, manage schedules, and ensure that relevant information is exchanged promptly.
• Problem solving: Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise between parties.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on activities, progress, and outcomes related to liaison functions.
• Compliance: Ensure that all interactions and activities adhere to relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
• Support: Provide support to other departments or teams as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
