ABOUT US:

Adulina PLC was founded by Mahabub Awel, the son of the founder of Mullege, Mustafa Awel. Mahabub’s exposure to Mullege as an apprentice gave him the necessary skill set to branch off to form his own coffee exporting company, with a focus on premium coffee. We began our own brand of Mullege over twelve years ago, with our first export volume of approximately 500 tons of coffee. Today, we own the largest coffee processing plant for washed and natural (sundried) coffee preparation. We’ve exponentially grown in the past decade to be able to export 23,000 tons.
We export green Arabica coffee beans from Ethiopia to the international market. With two processing plants in the capital city of Addis Ababa and coffee pulping stations in various parts of Ethiopia, we are able to provide the most refined coffee to coffee lovers throughout the globe. Our Blue Nile and Discoverer have become the number one choice of gourmet coffee roasters in North America. In addition to our top quality, with the assistance of our major coffee buyers, we built a bridge in the Areka coffee growing area and are working with coffee buyers on a coffee sustainable project in Kochere Yirgacheffe. The project provides potable water to the Hamma community, in addition to introducing eco-friendly coffee pulping machines to the area.

Duties & Responsibilities

Check the daily status of operations

• Arrange trucks and container pickups
• Order and follow jute bag printing
• Order and follow tags according to customer’s order
• Follow up truck arrival and departure to Indode
• Checking and confirming truck payments with finance
• Paying container rent and taking release
• Paying Train payments on time
• Paying maritime payments

Follow up payments

• Making sure the payment advice is collected on time
• Record and submit payment advice to finance on time
• Make sure CAD payments are made on time
• Settle outstanding payments

Prepare of truck documents 

• Request and record truck and container data accurately
• Prepare shipping instruction
• Prepare truck waybills and VGM accordingly
• And work other related works ordered from immediate supervisor. 

Qualifications: 

• Professional experience logistics, marketing, management
