Adulina PLC was founded by Mahabub Awel, the son of the founder of Mullege, Mustafa Awel. Mahabub’s exposure to Mullege as an apprentice gave him the necessary skill set to branch off to form his own coffee exporting company, with a focus on premium coffee. We began our own brand of Mullege over twelve years ago, with our first export volume of approximately 500 tons of coffee. Today, we own the largest coffee processing plant for washed and natural (sundried) coffee preparation. We’ve exponentially grown in the past decade to be able to export 23,000 tons.
We export green Arabica coffee beans from Ethiopia to the international market. With two processing plants in the capital city of Addis Ababa and coffee pulping stations in various parts of Ethiopia, we are able to provide the most refined coffee to coffee lovers throughout the globe. Our Blue Nile and Discoverer have become the number one choice of gourmet coffee roasters in North America. In addition to our top quality, with the assistance of our major coffee buyers, we built a bridge in the Areka coffee growing area and are working with coffee buyers on a coffee sustainable project in Kochere Yirgacheffe. The project provides potable water to the Hamma community, in addition to introducing eco-friendly coffee pulping machines to the area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow up shipments
• Check coffee stock for shipment
• Check processing and prepare document for CLU inspection
• Follow up container stuffing and container movement
• Prepare truck documents
• Follow up train shipment
• Request and correct draft bills
• Prepare shipping docs

Made operational cost analysis

• Make and register CLU payments
• Follow up and register container rent
• Follow up and register truck payments
• Pay and register stuffing related operational costs
• Purchase and follow up craft paper and related materials
• follow up and register train payments
• Pay and register bill fees
• Follow up and register tag preparation costs
• Follow up and register bag printing costs
• Follow up and register Maritime transit payments
• Follow up and register any other related payments
• And work other related works ordered from immediate supervisor.

Report submission

• Report shipment follow up reports daily for immediate supervisor
• Report weekly operational cost analysis
• Prepare monthly report on shipment and cost analysis 

Qualifications: 

• BA in Accounting and finance 
• Professional experience marketing, management, accounting
