Job brief
The creative director is responsible for the overall creative output of the company. He/she sets the strategy for projects and campaigns and executes it creative solutions. The role involves leading and managing the creative team, quality control, business development, and project management.

Responsibilities
Oversee the creative process and give guidance to the creative team.

• Develop and implement creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across projects.
• Monitor market trends to stay competitive.
• Provide feedback and approve all creative materials.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative ideas

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or similar setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of brand strategy and its translation into creative concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
• Up to date with the latest marketing, advertising, and design trends, techniques, and technologies.
