Senior Quality Control Expert (For Buna Pen)

Background of the company

• Kerchanshe Group is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, and engage in manufacturing, agro-processing and export business. It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets. Currently Kerchanshe Group needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.

Job Purpose:

• To ensure that all Buna Penproducts manufactured by the company meet or exceed quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of products at all stages of production to ensure the highest possible quality standards,
• Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions,
• Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards,
• Inspects raw materials, finished goods, and in-process products to ensure compliance with quality standards,
• Develops and implements quality control procedures,
• Investigates and resolves quality problems,
• Maintains quality records and reports,
• Compiles and analyzes quality data,
• Recommends improvements to quality control processes,
• Trains other employees on quality control procedures,
• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualification and Skills

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Related fields of studies.

Experience:

• 5 years for BSc
• 2 years for MSc
