Job Summary
Momona Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated Healthcare Services Manager with visionary leadership and a strategic mindset. This role demands an individual who can drive operational excellence, lead our team to provide unparalleled services, and elevate our organization's standing in the healthcare sector. The Manager will be central to developing responsive service strategies, optimizing referral systems, and ensuring the integration of digital health technologies to enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of all team members, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and empathy within the team.
- Telemedicine Services: Facilitate and expand telemedicine consultations, leveraging digital platforms to provide accessible and prompt healthcare services to patients remotely.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain stringent quality assurance practices to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently met. Implement policies that all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours, demonstrating our commitment to patient satisfaction and care.
- Strategic Operations: Adapt and refine service delivery strategies in response to patient needs and industry trends. Develop robust referral systems with healthcare facilities to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients.
- Marketing and Service Promotion: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance service visibility, increase patient engagement, and drive demand for our innovative healthcare solutions.
- Reporting and Accountability: Provide comprehensive reports on service delivery, team performance, and strategic initiatives to the Technical Advisory Team on a weekly basis, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Cost-effectiveness: Embrace frugality in all operations without compromising on service quality. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures to achieve financial objective. Efficiently manage resources to maximize impact and sustainability of healthcare services.
