Job Summary

Alternate Channel Administrator - Online is responsible for participating in the development of online in-house digital solutions/platforms and providing system support. In addition, the role holder is responsible to demonstrate the ability to interpret and articulate business needs and provide business solutions.

Academic & Professional Qualification

? Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Experience

? At least four (4) years relevant experience.

? Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.

? Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

? Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

? Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.

? Understands the basic mechanisms of general in VMware virtualization design, build and administration.

? Understands the basic mechanisms of general with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.
