Job Purpose
Job Purpose | Livelihood and DRR officer will lead and manage livelihoods, Disaster risk reduction (DRR) and early warning related activities of ECOSAVE project including in Bale Zone of Oromia region Berbere Woreda. The Livelihood and DRR officer will have technical leadership, management, and supervisory responsibility for the overall accomplishment of the project objectives of the livelihoods and DRR aspects. S/he will provide strategic and operational leadership to overall technical and programmatic quality intervention, compliance with donor rules and regulations, and the timely submission of all deliverables, including detail implementation plan and report. Livelihood and DRR officer will lead implementation, monitoring and daily follow up of Livelihoods Early Warning, DRR and recovery related activities of ECOSAVE project. S/he provides technical and programmatic guidance in planning, reviewing and effective implementation of the various project activities under his/her supervision including partnership management, control and forecasting of budget, project monitoring and supportive supervision. |
