Purpose of the Program

Currently, we are seeking new graduates to join our Bank in a three months Young Graduate Trainee Program - Business (YGTPB) designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The program combines a series of class room and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, with the purpose of preparing you for next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operation and business strategies
• Maintain positive work habits that are conducive to the bank growth and profitability
• Execute other tasks as assigned
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• A good team player with strong passion to the industry

Educational Requirement

• B.A. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related Business fields.
• Female Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 
• Male Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 
• Only Graduates of 2024 G.C. are eligible to apply.
