The Industrial Projects Service (IPS) is a government enterprise engaged in various fields of consultancy and training services. For the above purpose, we are seeking to establish and maintain a roaster file of individual professionals or firms to be hired as associate consultant as and when desired. Therefore, applicants in the following fields/areas of specialization are welcomed to apply.

For all position, applicants’ should have at least Master degree.
Applicants’ who has Competency Certificate in the respective profession and/or work license is Advantageous.

Management Consulting & Training

3.1 Strategic Advisory

International Business and Strategy/ Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Business Leadership/ Executive Business Administration/ Industrial Management/ Business Administration & Information Systems/ Project Management/ Human Resource Management/ Development Management/ Public Management and Policy/ Economics, or related

Participation in Strategic Plan studies (at least two projects)

3.2 Organizational Development Studies:

Organization Structure Study (organization chart, job analysis & design, job evaluation & grading)
Salary Scale Study
Benefits Package Study
Incentive Systems Study
Policy & Procedures Study

Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Business Leadership/ Executive Business Administration/ Industrial Management/ Business Administration & Information Systems/ Project Management/ Human Resource Management/ Public Management and Policy, Economics, or related

Participation in Organizational Development Studies (at least two projects)
