Vacancy Announcement 

General Ledger Maintenance:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

 Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process invoices, payments, and collections.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Audit Support:

•  Assist with internal and external audits.

Tax Compliance:

•  Prepare and file tax returns.
•  Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to provide financial information and support.
•  Resolve client inquiries and issues.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior accountants, managers, and other team members.

Compliance and Regulation:

• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting laws and practices.

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize accounting software and tools (e.g., Peachtree Excel).
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial data managements

Experience;  

•  two years and above
