Junior Nurse

Position Summary:

The Junior Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients within the healthcare facility. They will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, monitor, and address the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients' conditions and needs

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the healthcare team

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize patient care

• Provide patient and family education and support

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
