Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed and motivated UK Immigration Account Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to train and progress into a Senior UK Immigration Account Manager position. Our firm, based in Leeds, UK, prides itself on maintaining a high success rates for our private, fee-paying business and individual clients. The ideal candidate will thrive both as part of a busy professional team and working independently. Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills are essential, as is the confidence to engage with clients and professionals, including those from the UK Home Office.
Initially, you will work and train alongside a small team of immigration specialists, with the goal of managing your own caseload of private business and personal immigration matters and providing expert guidance to our clients. You must have the ability to meet your monthly case completion targets all while maintaining excellent customer services.
About Us:
We are a small but busy firm specializing in UK Immigration Law, regulated by the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Established over 18 years ago by our Principal Solicitor, we prepare and submit various UK Immigration matters on behalf of companies and individuals, and assist business clients with managing their UK immigration compliance responsibilities. Additionally, we are also involved in other business activities including legal/business technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and administrative support to clients, team members, and external providers.
• Handle client inquiries and communications professionally.
• Perform administrative, compliance, and case management tasks using our in-house system.
• Manage your own caseload, offering professional advice and assistance on UK immigration matters.
• Draft applications, witness statements, skeleton arguments, appeal bundles, and other key documents as and when required.
• Maintain professional and efficient client management, working towards monthly set financial and or case targets and deadlines.
• Keep digital files organized, ensuring timely and accurate recording of payments and other critical details.
• Record all case-related activities, including attendance, file notes, and telephone calls, using our Ibiab case management system.
Pay: 30,000 Birr per month
Location: Remote (Computer and Good Internet Connection Required)

Working Hours: Full-time; 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday
Desirable Personal Specifications:
• Ability to work effectively with and motivate team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Preferred: 2+ years in a similar role (e.g., Lawyer, Fee Earner, Caseworker, or Paralegal).
• Education: LLB or equivalent degree/diploma in law or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of UK immigration and asylum law practices is helpful but not required.
Candidates with experience in business administration or legal work and strong client care and English language skills are highly desired. This role offers clear career progression to Senior Account Manager, Department Manager and then Head of Department.
