Brief Description:
We are seeking an experienced, committed, and highly motivated Marketing Manager with expertise in social media, SEO, and AdWords marketing. In this vital role, you will manage all current and future marketing projects for our firm and all its associated companies. The ideal candidate will combine creative writing skills with commercial foresight to drive our business sales forward, grow our digital presence, and increase our social following and engagement across all channels. You must have the ability to meet all our companies monthly and yearly key performance indicators (KPI) all while maintaining a strong focus on return on investment.
About Us:
We are a small but busy Immigration Solicitors firm based in Leeds UK, we are regulated by the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Established over 18 years ago by our Principal Solicitor, we specialize in UK Immigration Law, handling various UK Immigration matters for both companies and individuals. Additionally, we are also involved in other business activities including legal/business technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, produce, and schedule weekly social media content across all channels.
• Lead the planning, creation, distribution, and analysis of social media marketing efforts.
• Create weekly engaging and relevant content, utilizing video and aspirational photography.
• Ensure all campaigns are customer-centric and align with our brand values.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that drives innovation and enhances customer experience and sales across all digital channels.
• Propose and create digital media and email marketing campaigns to raise our profile and generate new business.
• Write, edit, and proofread online communications to maintain consistency, compliance, and high-quality standards.
• Create fun and relevant digital campaigns, identifying new trends in digital marketing to keep the brand at the forefront of industry developments.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
• Cost effectively create and manage Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and Microsoft Bing Ads ensuring excellent returns on investment. You will be managing and optimising bid strategies across multiple search and shopping platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, and handling re-marketing and higher funnel advertising on social media.
• Record all daily activity and KPIs on our Ibiab platform. Generate monthly sales reports showing the impact your activities have had on our sales figures for that month.
Pay: 50,000 Birr per month.

Desirable Personal Specifications:
• Ability to work well within a team and motivate others.
• Inquisitive and passionate about understanding client needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube).
• Experience managing Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and Microsoft Bing Ads.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Results-focused.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar digital marketing and media role.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, management, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO.
• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns.
• Experience with email, AdWords, and display advertising campaigns.
To be considered for this role, candidates must at least possess all or most of the qualifications and/or experience listed above. Excellent client care and communication skills are essential.
