Role Overview:


As a Customer Service Representative at Quadrant Innovation , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. We are looking for an experienced individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses.
  • Document interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Diploma from a recognized institution required.
  • Fluency in English and Amharic both written and spoken is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and company processes.
