Key Responsibilities: 

• Generate leads and identify potential clients in different sources.
• Assist clients in buying and renting properties.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale.
• Provide guidance and assistance through the property buying process.
• Conduct property showings.
• Stay up to date with real estate market trends and local market activity.
• Network and build relationships with potential clients to expand your customer base.
• Collaborate with other agents and real estate professionals for smooth transactions.
• Handle all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: 

•  Proven 1 year and above experience in real estate sales.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• High level of customer service and attention to detail.
•  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
