Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the Senior Saving and Financing Officer position is to prepare operation plans and budgets, support, monitor, evaluate branch and sub branch operations on delivery of credit for Input Purchases, Settlement and their collections, prepare reports, studies and forward work improvement method.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/TRAINING

B.A. degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institutions Strategic Plan;
Interest free banking and basic Sheriah knowledge
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
Basic computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
