Summary 

Mentor Training and Consultancy service organization are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet promotion quotas for our business services. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our organization. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our organization satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Job Type: Sales and Promotion Work

Salary: Negotiable and have Commission depend on the promotion and sales done. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information (e.g. mentorships and training services features)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific services
  • Conduct Promotion invitation with different respective customer organization.
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon promotion targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Keep up-to-date of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum required to have B.A degree in Business, Marketing and related filed of studies with three years’ experience. 
  • Proven work experience as a Sales or similar role
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Familiarity with customer behavior principles
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
