Dafa is a branch company of the STPP Group from Hong Kong, China. The group has 11 production enterprises and 2 domestic trading companies and 2 import & export companies. After more than 30 years of operation, the group has integrated the upstream and downstream of the chemical industry, including raw materials, packages, semi-finished and finished products, equipment, and production lines. Dafa Soap & Detergent Manufacturing PLC of Ethiopia was established in 2018, started with washing powder business. In 2022, Dafa company introduced its liquid detergent production line, and produced variety of liquid products, such as laundry liquid, hand liquid, dishwashing liquid, multi-purpose liquid, glass cleaner, bleach, and many other categories. In 2023, to satisfy the highly demand of high-quality jerry cans for its own liquid products, Dafa introduced a brand-new advanced plastic production line. By now, Dafa has successfully runed two famous brands, Suppow and Azzy, containing more than 80 SKUs. The consumers all over the country are well served with the products and service through the distribution system. Dafa has not only produced good products to satisfy the demand from consumers, but also introduced new technologies, management skills and trained a lot of skilled Ethiopian to boom the detergent and cosmetic industry in Ethiopia. Job Overview

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, to ensure that the materials and goods in the warehouse are arranged in an orderly manner.
• Develop and implement reasonable storage layout to improve space utilization rate and operational efficiency.
• Handle the breakage of goods during loading, unloading and transportation and provide solutions to optimize logistics operation.
• Transferring and storing products from various workshops in a timely manner, requiring items to be stored in an orderly manner with a strong countable inventory. Ensure safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse are adhered to and enforced.
• Train and educate staff to ensure that the team understands and complies with the relevant factory management systems and regulations, resolves problems and conflicts in the workplace, and ensures high performance and morale of the team.

Qualification

• Gender: male, good physical health, Integrity and loyalty to the company, good management of people and strong communication skills.
• College degree or above, excellent at English, Amharic and Oromifa, including listening, speaking and writing, be able to accurately translate one to another
