Major Role
Develop the plan on brand building of Kegnaās brands at retail outlet level and lead their execution.
Gather market information on what is happening in the market both from Consumer and customer as well as competitorsā perspective.
Duties and responsibility
Identify strategic retail outlets in his territory that have highest potential in generating high volume and value share
Constantly watches over the consistency and adequacy of product supply to these outlets and take instant corrective measure with the sales and distribution team in the territory.
Develop consumer or retailer focused marketing (brand building) scheme for these retail outlets with clear and measurable objectives and execute them upon the approval of Customer marketing manager.
Work against clearly stated market share target and sales volume increment goals developed and agreed with customer marketing manager.
Gather information regarding consumersā perception on different brands, feedback on product, pricing, distribution and customer service from consumers perspective.
Gather information on feedback on product, pricing, distribution and customer service and insights of the retailersā motivational factors they use in pushing one brand than the other as well as the extent of retailers (retailers bar staff) power in pushing a brand in to their consumers in the strategic retail outlets.
Gather information on Sales volume and market share of KBSCās products and their competitors; what the competitors do in building their brand; and what outcomes they get out of their action.
Act as strong below the line execution connection point with KBSCsā families, shareholders and partners.
Identify and keep the list of shareholders in his/her territory to establish contact so that he/she can leverage them for brand building purposes and shares them information on company's behalf.
Develop consumers database of retail outlets level based on customer and consumer data base; and utilize it in his/her brand building agenda.

Required competencies
BA/ BSc in business related fields.
Eager and energetic
Willing to work extra-hours, weekends and Holidays
Age between 20-25
Computer literate (Preferred)
Driving License (Preferred)
Knowledge of local language of his/her territory is mandatory.
