Job summary
The regional sales manager is responsible to lead a regional sales team comprised of the company’s front line sales representatives and the distributor agent sales crew involved in product distribution by providing guidance, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team. He/she is responsible for the development of intimate customer relationships and involves in retaining positive long-term relationships with the region’s big and strong customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develops and implement effective regional sales strategies
2. Leads regional sales team members to achieve sales targets
3. Leads and direct all regions (under jurisdiction) to implement a competitive marketing strategy
4. Implements sales goals and communicating them to key individuals, evaluate achievements
5. Manages the inter-regional supply of products
6. Ensures all regions under jurisdiction access enough quantity of products and product mix
7. Controls and guide all regions the efficiency and effectiveness of budget usage
8. Make sure all regions under jurisdiction are implementing their actions as per company standards and weigh their results
9. Guides and evaluates the proper usage of resources
10. Make sure all delegated works are done according to the standard job requirements
11. Motivates & stimulates all staff to increase effectiveness and efficiency
12. Finds innovative ways to maximize sales and market share
13. Allocates resources to all regions accordingly
14. Evaluates all area and regional coordinators performances regularly
15. Develop and maintain team spirit among the teams to have common objectives and Goals
16. Prepare budgets and analyze the market
17. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Reports to: Manager, National Sales
Supervises: Manager, Area Sales
Academic requirement: MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management/Sales. Management or related fields of study
Work experience: 6/8yrs of experience in sales management in Beverage Industries.
