Job summary
The Sales Admin and Operations Manager is responsible for liaising the Commercial Function of the company with the Finance Function, and the development as well as effective execution of an operational plan for the Sales and other commercial functions. He/she is also responsible for the Sales Operation planning of product distribution, distributor agent payment/credit, and other sales data analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Prepares annual sales target and budgets for each territory
2. Defines operating plans, process and procedure with sales manager
3. Develops volume forecast by brand, by regions on quarterly and annual basis, in agreement with the National Sales Manager
4. Analyze performance data and coordinate the sales forecasting, planning and budgeting process used in the sales organization
5. Analyze data and present indicator of effectiveness of the sales organization, methods, cost and results to the Commercial Team (HL per Sales Rep, HL per ASM…)
6. Supports the development and implementation of the road map for distribution outreach of the product nationally in its 1st year of operation.
7. Implement Sales Force Automation enabling technologies (SFA software) for both in house and outside sales force of the brewery and ensure its cascading to the agents sales force through the regional sales manager
8. Develop and implement effective sales force incentive system and ensure its continuous improvement.
9. Work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure sales process quality and ensure alignment with marketing strategy, process and initiative.
10. Monitor the accuracy and proper distribution of regular periodic sales reports
11. Set up performance evaluation system and KPIs for the in house and the agents sales force and oversee the proper implementation
12. Reconciliation of annual inventory with finance
13. Approve all payment Requests from Sales & Marketing and facilitate by transferring to Finance for final payments
14. Submit Monthly reports to finance, sales & Marketing departments
15. Manage payments and Settlements of the Field Sales Team in collaboration with Finance Department,
16. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the national sales manager.
Reports to: Manager, National Sales
Supervises: Assistant Manager, Sales Operation, Sales Data Analyst & Manager, Sales Force Automation
Academic requirement: MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management/Sales, Management or related fields of study
Work experience: 6/8yrs of experience in sales management in Beverage Industries.
