Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role located on-site in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth tyres and battery, Appointing new dealers across all the region of Ethiopia. Managing client relationships to increase sales and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring business in Tyre and Battery 

Expectation for - Job Role 

1. Appoint Importer for Tyre and battery in Ethiopia 
2. Work with Importer to increase the sales of Tyre and Battery business 
3. Appoint Retailers for tyre and Battery business
4. Conduct Sales Activity to increase the business 
5. Fund Collection 
6. Should have knowledge of importation, Custom Duty and logistic 

Qualifications

Sales and business development skills with overall experience of more than 6 to 10 years handling tyre and battery business, Dealer Management and Handling is must.  Academic qualification in master’s in business administration will be added advantage 

Maximum age: 40 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer service skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English 

Skills Required:

Team Player, Leader, Dealer Management, Channel Sales, Good Communication skills, Business Development, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skill, Good Knowledge of the all-region in Ethiopia in Tyres and Battery, hold excellent relationship with Business Partner who are in the business of tyre and battery
