Job Summary
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented *Value Added Support - Technical Support* professional to join our team. This role will focus on managing and pushing digital content, handling customer complaints, and ensuring content is filtered and uploaded efficiently. The ideal candidate will also support creating and managing various types of content and be responsible for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Push, Posting, and Uploads:
Schedule, manage, and ensure the successful delivery of content across various platforms in a timely manner.
Content Creation:
I'd like you to collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that aligns with company objectives. This includes drafting, editing, and updating Amharic, English, and Oromifa content as needed.
Customer Complaint Management
Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring all issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently. Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams as required.
Content Filtering
Review, monitor, and filter content for quality assurance, ensuring that it adheres to company guidelines, compliance standards, and brand voice.
Technical Support
Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams related to content management systems and ensure smooth functioning of all processes and monitoring it infrastructure.
Reporting
Generate reports related to content performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics. Communicate trends and insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) with 1-3 Years of experience
- Previous experience in content management, technical support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with content management systems and various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Oromifa, English, and Amharic.
